Isabelle's Travel Tips, Issue #009 -- Winter Olympics, Vancouver.
February 11, 2010

Welcome everyone to this edition of Isabelle's Travel Tips

For the new subscribers, the newsletter contains `What`s new on the website?`, a destination in the spotlight and a Photo of the Month. I`ll publish some of my pictures, but it`s open for everyone to submit . If you would like to see your picture published on my website, just send me a note through my Contact me page.

But before getting into all this, I`m honored to say I was interviewed on Twitter by @TravelDudes. Read my Twitterview here.

What`s new?

I`m still adding information about my trip to NY and the Caribbean Cruise I made. The last article on NY is about the food in New York. Because it`s always hard if you`re in a new city or destination, exploring the sights and all of a sudden you`re hungry. But where to go? Well, I`ve made a list of the Eating Places in New York I went and I hope they will come in handy when you visit this fascinating city!

As for the Caribbean Cruise I made, I`ve already uploaded a description of Cape Liberty Cruise Port, this is the port where the cruise started. And you can have a look around the ship Explorer of the Seas :) More to come in the next week.

Destination in the Spotlight

Tomorrow, February 12, the Winter Olympics will start in Vancouver, Canada. I found this lovely You Tube video about Vancouver. I`ve never been there, but it looks like a great destination!

The video is called `Vancouver at a Glance`. And it shows what to do and see in Vancouver, besides the sports :) You can find it on my Travel Updates page. If you want to keep up with the latest travel news, go to this page. I try to update it as much as possible. You can also find updates on Document or Health Requirements.
