I really loved this beach because it is small and private and it is safe for swimming. It was amazing being in the azure water and looking up at the Mayan ruins on the cliff that overlooks the beach. There be other more impressive ruins elsewhere, but none with such a beautiful beach setting.

Love that beach too
had no idea how wonderful it was until we arrived at the ruins and then went in for a swim

the water that day was calm and gentle
still remember that day vividly
