Wet Wipes – Your Travel Must Have!

Wet Wipe travel packs are my must-pack item for any trip big or small! They’re useful for so many things and weigh nothing in your bag!

Use #1: The “Wet Wipe Shower”

I take them on the plane to have a quick wet wipe shower before landing – its FANTASTIC after a long flight – especially if you’re meeting people at the airport!

Use #2: The “Toilet Nightmare” Cure

I also keep wet wipes in my handbag on my travels, you’ll never know what the toilets will look like… Especially when traveling in Asia – those hole-in-the-ground toilets are a NIGHTMARE!

Use #3: Operation “Clean Hands”

If you’re simply dying to eat and there’s no bathroom in sight and you’ve spent the day on buses and touching god knows what then there’s nothing better than a quick wet wipe session before you tuck in to your dinner!

Safe to say, you HAVE to pack wet wipes! You never know when wet wipes will come in handy!

You’ll thank me later 😉

Not Biodegradable
by: Anonymous

Unfortunately the wet wipes I am familiar with are non biodegradable unlike toilet paper, and so would wreak havoc with toilets in Asia or elsewhere unless you’re bagging them after using and carrying them out instead of flushing. Also, the wet wipes used for babies aren’t sterilized or antibacterial, so wiping one’s hands with them may not do that much.

It IS a travel must have.

Yep Elysia, I agree, I have them in my carry-on or purse too. Sometimes I use the instant hand sanitizer, but with the liquids rules, wipes are easier 🙂 And they are diverse! Thanks for entering this great Travel Tip.
