Airport Stories

Brussels Airport

I love airports. Well, maybe not for too long or when I have a long stopover somewhere. But in general it`s such a mysterious place if you think about it. Where are people flying out to? Who are they picking up? Where are they coming from?

It`s a melting pot of different nationalities. For some it`s part of their daily life, think pilots, stewardess,... or people who travel a lot for work. Some fly out to visit family and friends, but for a lot of people it`s a start to their next journey or adventure.

And have you ever noticed, it doesn`t matter if you come late at night or bright & early in the morning, it`s always buzzing with people.

Next time you`re at the airport, just look around and see what everybody is doing or better look at their emotions. Especially in the departure and arrival hall you can see their expression of excitement for their upcoming trip. Or their relief when they see their loved one got home okay.

So many stories to capture at the airport. Did you yourself experience a special departure or arrival at some stage? Tell us!
